The better the sauce and rub you use on your meat the more of a mess on your BBQ, grill or smoker.    Our grill at the department looked like Chernobyl on the third day, nuclear fallout to the fullest.    There’s nothing worse than marinating all day, seasoning just right, then throwing it on a grill with last week’s food stuck to the grates.    “Why does this beef taste like burnt chicken?”   Am I right?   We tried everything to clean out the grill. We started with the standard cheap grill brush, but it broke.    We used the motorized cleaner and it died (probably the nuclear fallout).
